Alpecin-Elegant kicks off in the 120th edition of Paris-Roubaix

On Sunday, April 9, Alpecin-Deceuninck will become Alpecin–Elegant for one day. The Elegant window series will be made available in France from autumn. The navy-blue jersey will showcase Deceuninck’s ultimate window concept, Elegant, a series that continues to amaze through its technicality & design and which perfectly matches the team’s values. This all for the 119th edition of l’Enfer du Nord, Paris-Roubaix.

For Deceuninck, it’s important to keep the Elegant series in the spotlight, as Deceuninck CMCO Bart Peeters explains: “As a multinational we are more than proud to reinforce the French launch of our Elegant window in collaboration with the team by changing the jersey temporary in Alpecin-Elegant. The lift-off throughout Europe has already known a strong start. As a main sponsor we find it very important to include the team in our French product launch during one of the most beautiful races. It makes the link between us, the team and Deceuninck, even more profound. The pursuit of perfection and focus on excellence in our activities are only a few pillars we have in common.”

Philip Roodhooft, General manager of Alpecin-Elegant, is happy to support this project: “Paris-Roubaix is an iconic race that is also highly regarded by our team. It is a unique opportunity, so we are happy to work together with Deceuninck – a loyal partner of our entire structure - to put Elegant in the spotlight on the occasion of the only monument in France. I am sure that our riders will wear this shirt with honor and will be motivated to achieve a top result, to strengthen this initiative even more."
